Daily Meal Deal

With the New Year in full swing, I am happy to introduce a new lunch option for everyone at Molesworth. Each day of the week I will be offering a different lunch special. Each meal is focused on high protein, low carb, low fat, full flavor. By using all fresh ingredients the food doesn't suffer just because it's healthy.

All meals are only $7 and prepared daily just for you!

Lunch Meal Deals:
Monday: Carved Baked Chicken with Blanched Broccoli
Tuesday: 1/4 lb. bun-less beef burger with or without cheese with lettuce as the bun and spicy sweet potato baked fries
Wednesday: Chicken breast with almond pesto with sauteed zucchini
Thursday: Seasoned braised chicken breast with baked brussels or blanched broccoli
Friday: Light Fish N Chips (cod) A twist on an old classic...also ideal during lent. Breaded with cornmeal and the "Chips" are baked.

You can also add a side of brown rice for $1.
Fresh fruit available for an additional $1.
