Healthy Menu Options

Thanks for stopping by my site again! I have had several requests for a healthy living menu... So, I am pleased to offer my new menu options!

LaLa-Lettuce Wraps - serves 2
Diced sauteed chicken, nuts, and vegetables in a spicy asian inspired sauce. Served with a side of spicy peanut sauce and crisp iceberg lettuce leaves to wrap up all the goodness. An awesome low carb treat that is satisfying and tasty!
Stir Crazy Stir Fry Hibachi Vegetables with Chicken or Shrimp - Serves 3 or 6
Fresh vegetables cooked Hibachi Style with fresh ginger and garlic sauce. Marinated Chicken or shrimp cooked to tender perfection. Low in calories and fat. Tons of great taste.
Cha Cha Cashew Chicken - serves 3 or 6
A menu classic that is very low in fat and calories. Made with fresh chicken and green peppers and cashew nuts. Cooked in a giant wok with a touch of sesame oil. Indulge without indulging.
1/2 Booyah! Chicken with Roasted Veggies -serves 2 or 3
A half of a baked chicken cooked to perfection. Tender white meat filled with flavor and low in fat and calories. Roasted veggies are seasonal and cooked separately to maintain their healthy qualities.
Broiled Chicken Breasts with Steamed Broccoli - serves 3
Marinated with my secret sauce for ultimate flavor without all those nasty carbs! Cooked until awesome, and served with tender blanched broccoli.
Sautéed Green Beans with Pan Seared Sea Bass (as available locally) - serves 2
Locally sourced pan seared Sea Bass delicately seasoned and served with fresh sautéed green beans in a light lemon garlic sauce.
Marinated Salmon with Fresh Field Greens - serves 1
A marinated salmon filet cooked to order with fresh field greens and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.
Broiled Chicken Breast Salad -serves 1
Marinated chicken breast broiled and served on a bed of lettuce, with a touch of shredded cheddar cheese, croutons, and cashew nuts.

Please also keep in mind that many foods on my other menu are also quite health in comparison to prepackage foods and foods purchased in restaurants. Think of me as your personal cook. If you would like something in particular please just ask me! I can tailor any menu item to your particular tastes! Please also let me know if you are trying to adhere to a low carb diet, as I can make certain substitutions to facilitate your dietary needs.
